Refund Policy

Regular Orders
RETURNS 

At this time, due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If the product you have received does not meet your expectations, please review our refund policy below. 

If your product meets our refund policy, please feel free to keep, recycle or discard your product after we have fulfilled your refund or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days and only applies to manufacturing or delivery defects and issues. Manufacturing defects include, but are not limited to, damage to products that threaten the structural integrity of product, printing issues such as misaligned art files or missing customization options (does not include color issues as the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct color file is uploaded and understanding how colors will print on cardboard).

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, please send us a photo of your item. Each item for which you are requesting a refund must be photographed for our records.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Excluded from refunds are gift cards and downloadable software products.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive your necessary proof of refund and have reviewed your order, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you've completed the above steps and received approval from us, but you have yet to see your refund, please check your bank account before contacting us. Then, contact your credit card company. Refund processing times vary from bank to bank.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replacement for your item, please send us an email at hello@brandablebox.com. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the gift.

We are only able to issue refunds to the original method of payment. If you received a gift purchased by someone, but would like a refund, the refund will be applied to the gift-giver's method of payment. 

Shipping 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for your exchanged item may vary depending on your location within the United States.
